This came a bit late, I know. I’ve been dragging my feet about this, but let me assure you my secret operatives are already hard at work behind the scenes as we speak. I have already readied my favorite weapons for arm-twisting, water-boarding, and other nifty gadgets to secure a fair showing in the polls.

Dark chocolates and dirty tricks

If all goes well, my emissary to secure the minions of the Dark Force will be in shortly so we will have an ample supply of aphrodisiacs. Or dark chocolates to secure our place in the hearts of the unbelievers.

I’m not too comfy with my palapa to keep my followers in line. This means I’d be borrowing your trusted bullwhip from time to time. Just in case.

Sharpen your social climbing skills

Luke, that's only a prelude. Elmot is a polyglot. If you happen to see his comments in RE's blog you'd be quite surprised at the ease with which he dispenses chorva chorva, aketch, ditech and God knows what else.

Mahaba na ang hair ni Elmot and he's shaking it loose? If you do suspect that, then it must follow mahaba rin ang hair ni Roy. You should listen in on Roy's comments, too. He's a genius at dropping chorva aketch and all that lingo. Maybe he should revive his comedy act! He's a riot and so is Elmot.

The amazing things we are capable of when we set our minds to be influential. Never mind emerging. We've all emerged after all.

Jed, I don't allow Grammar Nazis in this blog. They can peek in, but that's just about it. They can't go past that door.

In conversations among friends, do we correct each others grammar and spelling and pronunciation? No, we don't. The conversation is far more important than all these insufferable rules. Eh ako nga, dami ko mistakes dito. Pero I don't mind. My readers can see past those things anyway.

Oh, heto napasubo na talaga sa blogging. Ahihihi.

Thanks, Jed. I have never felt influential thingy. I'm just enjoying myself - writing, reading, and having fun with my readers. If that's influential? Well, of course, they qualify that with "emerging." So perhaps that explains my puzzlement.

Ahahaha. When you're just emerging technically you're not out of the woods yet. So there's no real sense of achievement yet. It's for us to continue making those baby steps.
