I need just one uber blogger to complete my list of top 10 emerging influential blogs of 2009.

Do you want to be included in my list? Here’s the deal: if the shoe fits, then you’ve come to the right place. The 10th and last slot is yours.

What you need to do

1. Ask for it. Nominate yourself here. Or -
2. Nominate your top choice or choices.

Dan Miranda who writes practical advice for success in Command Your Time makes a perfect case why I should choose him to complete my top 10 list of influential bloggers.

Here is the powerful pitch Dan left in the comment section of the previous post:

Over the past month and 18 days, I have been blogging on the topic of self-fulfillment. What makes me so influential? 1. I’ve already written for influential blogs like TwiTip and Blogopolis Blueprint and 2. Just check out @timecommander and click my Favorites to see testimonials about me. These people have been inspired and INFLUENCED by me and my blogging.

Nominate your top choice of influential blogger

How the winner will be picked

The grand council of my online friends who call themselves Jedi masters will later convene online to pick the winner. Pretty democratic huh? This means concerned online buddies need not ply my inbox with heart-shaped GIFs and porn links. It’s a waste of both our time, I tell you.

I need my 10th emerging influential blogger immediately. I’d be putting my last nominee at disadvantage if I procrastinate further. Our team of emerging influential bloggers needs to get going, with both guns blazing. We need to get out there and kill it – whatever it is that needs slaying.

SIno bang tanga ang maglalagay ng ads sa unreachable area? Please, common sense, you're starting to bother me. I don't blog for money and the money doesn't goes solely to me. I have hosting bills to pay, domains to pay for bloggers I sponsor their hosting and domain, and to provide food for the community here who are less fortunate than you and I. DO you need pictures as proof? Man, you really shouldn't judge a book by it's cover.

Pinoy Teens is indeed multi authored, but the fellow writers are my in real life friends who share a entertainment post every now and then. I'm also the only one left in charge of promotion, as you may have noticed.

Why SEO Wright? Age doesn't matter, even when it comes to blog. If you have a blog that is a year old but doesn't makes sense or has a impact on a person, do you think that, that older blog is better than SEO Wright? Now, why SEO Wright? Aside from the blogger who engines it behind the scene, SEO Wright can and will touch the lives of bloggers with its tips and tricks that you already have heard about on Yahoo! Messenger last night. It's new and (already) content rich with information a blogger, especially new bloggers can take advantage from.

Why targeting NEW BLOGGERS?

Because they can easily be influenced, instead of those existing writers and bloggers who already stick to a certain trait and are hard to convince to do it the SEO Wright way. And oh, did I just say INFLUENCED which is in relation to INFLUENTIAL? :D

i beg to disagree! the top ten most influential blogs of the year contest is ALWAYS THE BLOG AND THE BLOGGER!!! kung bago yung blog mo like that what of seowright.com, then hindi sya pwedeng makasama as an influential blog! anong klaseng influence ang ibibgay nyan kung wala pang halos nakasulat! and about dun sa comment mo on "no follow" stuff... not all bloggers know about this! a link is still a link! mapa-personal blog pa yan or any website! it still counts... google can put a weight on it! that's how SEO works! so irrelevant blog pala itong napuntahan mo... tsk tsk tsk! readers of sa labas ng mandaluyong... take note of this!

Yes? Really? Kahit no follow nyo pa lang, I DON'T CARE. why don't I care? Because irrelevant links from blogs (like personal blogs) won't help a SEO blog) the reason why I want to be nominated is what I have done so far in the blogoshpere with my other blogs that I have worked on. You know all that stuff? Then better no the difference of effective link baiting and unhealthy links from irrelevent websites (which I certainly don't want to get, as much as possible) but the due recognition.

:-D Hi, ma'am Jena. I would like to thank you and Zorlone for wanting to nominate me. Really. I so very appreciate it. With that, parang nanalo na rin ako sa Top 10 Emerging Influential Blogs of 2009.

But the reality is that I'm just here for the community. My blog was just an afterthought. That was why I started on commenting and put up a blog later. (When I was already threatened by the Barangay Captain here =-X ) My blog is just another venue or "tambayan" as Z puts it, which, by the way, is how I really think of it. (Doc Z hit it bull's-eye) That's how it was and is.

If I join the contest, I don't think I can catch up with everything I need to do. I can't just tambay in my blog anymore waiting for a passerby to say hi and chat with. Finally, if I join, I will have to make my own list. I am not big at choosing. Not that choosing is bad. It's just that I'm more of an all-inclusive kind of guy. :)

I did intend to do a campaign in a different contest. But unfortunately, I'm neither an actor nor a boxing champ. ;)

If Janette launches the next writing project in May Luke will still qualify. If not and Luke fails to qualify? Who cares - Luke will be surely influential by that time. He had this hit maiden post and he's already doing very well.

He's second in my initial list after Elmot. But somebody with a stern expression in his face suggested we should be push Luke's nomination next year. I agreed with a heavy heart. I'm scared of getting on the bad side of that stern guy, what can I say!

No. In the end, the qualification of a site is based on the archive date. As long as your archives are intact reflecting when you really started, it will all be ok. You will need to ask those who mentioned your site to update their entry to point to your new site though in order to transfer their votes.

You mean you started blogging before May 2008? That's the cut off date for this contest. Bummer! Well, you're welcome here anyway. We need readers with spunk and that's you definitely. Some of my readers and blogger friends are poets too. But of course they want to be known as tough Jedi knights. But that's just a front. Some of them nurse poetic sensibilities.

ok, i'll pimp myself out :P

i am influential because i have had one of my poems featured on two different blogs (both at the request of the blog owners because they liked the poem so much!)

i have guest vlogged for my blog friend reciting/performing a poem i made for him. which is something i've not seen on any other blogs.. i could be a trendsetter!

and i have guest blogged for Tough Girl 101 writing about my martial arts experiences. I'm sure I will continue to guest blog in the future. i also have a loyal readership.
